About The Position
As a technical Customer Support, you will be responsible for responding to user inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a smooth and professional experience with technology products. You will be part of an international team, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, while opening yourself up to new encounters, friendships, and cultural opportunities abroad.
Main Missions
- ● Respond accurately and professionally to user requests via email and chat channels or systems.
- ● Provide quality technical support to Renault customers regarding navigation systems installed in Renault and Dacia vehicles (R-Link, TomTom Live, Carminat or Medianav).
- ● Respond to customer requests for information, service requests and complaints.
- ● Collect and properly transmit customer requests in Salesforce software to facilitate internal communication, especially when diagnosing faults.
Profile Required
- ● Native written French (C2) and good level of English (B2).
- ● Previous experience in customer support via chat or others channels / systems.
- ● Comfortable with technology, social media and dynamic environments.
- ● Excellent problem-solving skills.
- ● Initiative, adaptability and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
- ● Previous experience in moderation or customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).
