About The Position
As a French-Speaking Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for responding to user inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a smooth and professional experience with technology products. You will be part of an international team, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, while opening yourself up to new encounters, friendships, and cultural opportunities abroad.
Main Missions
  • ● Respond accurately and professionally to customers requests via email and chat channels or systems,
  • ● Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat (in French),
  • ● Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability,
  • ● Deliver high-quality service with empathy and professionalism,
  • ● Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs,
  • ● Data entry in various platforms,
  • ● Use CRM tools to manage cases efficiently,
  • ● Follow quality standards and internal procedures,
Profile Required 
  • ● Native written French (C2) and good level of English (B2),
  • ● Relevant work experience is a plus,
  • ● Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills,
  • ● Excellent communication and Customer-focused mindset,
  • ● Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work,
  • ● Excellent problem-solving skills,
  • ● Initiative, adaptability and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment,
  • ● Comfortable with digital tools,
