Main Missions
- ● Providing exceptional customer service via chat, email and phone to users worldwide.
- ● Troubleshoot platform issues and provide customized solutions to improve user experience.
- ● Educate users about the platform’s features, helping them unlock the full potential of their websites.
- ● Collaborate with product and development teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- ● Stay informed about platform updates to provide accurate support.
- ● Collect and share user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
Profile Required
- ● Fluent in French (level C2) and competent in English (level B2 minimum).
- ● Technology enthusiast with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
- ● A quick learner, willing to adapt to new tools and processes.
- ● An excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- ● Digital marketing experience (preferred but not required) — we’re primarily looking for a strong desire to work abroad and build your career in tech and customer service!
