About The Position
As an e-commerce Content Moderator, you will be at the heart of the security and reliability of the products sold on Social media.
Main Missions
- ● Examine product sheets (texts, images, videos, descriptions) posted online by sellers.
- ● Check their compliance with quality standards and community rules.
- ● Detect and remove any misleading, inappropriate or dangerous content.
- ● Ensure rapid and rigorous processing of reports.
- ● Be a driving force for improving moderation processes and reporting on market trends.
Profile Required
- ● Native written French (C2) and good level of English (B2).
- ● You are rigorous, curious and analytical.
- ● Comfortable with technology, social media and dynamic environments.
- ● Ability to manage sometimes sensitive content with maturity and discernment.
- ● Previous experience in moderation or customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).
