Job Description
We are looking for native French speakers (C2) with excellent writing skills in German and a good command of English (B2) to join our Customer Service team in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience by supporting a dynamic project within a Social Media Platform technical support, particularly through its growing platform.
About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to user inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a smooth and professional experience with technology products. You will be part of an international team, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service, while opening yourself up to new encounters, friendships, and cultural opportunities abroad.
Main Missions
- ● Respond accurately and professionally to user requests via email and chat channels or systems.
- ● Follow established procedures and escalate complex cases if necessary
- ● Achieve required service levels and meet quality standards.
- ● Participate in continuing education, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Profile Required
- ● Native written French (C2) and good level of English (B2).
- ● Previous experience in customer support via chat or ticketing system.
- ● Knowledge of social networks and digital advertising.
- ● Excellent problem-solving skills.
- ● Initiative, adaptability and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
