Job Description
We’re partnering with a fast-growing Fitness Equipment Brand business, that’s looking to appoint a dynamic Community Manager.
You will help grow the network and strengthen the brand presence; this is a hands-on role where you will be working closely with the leadership team.
About The Position
This role focuses on building and managing relationships with athletes, influencers, and gym enthusiasts, while contributing to social media growth and supporting brand-led events..
Main Missions
  • ● Identify, approach, and onboard new brand ambassadors.
  • ● Build strong relationships and manage ongoing ambassador engagement.
  • ● Use social media platforms to increase brand visibility and community interaction.
  • ● Support content planning, including ambassador features.
  • ● Assist with organising events and coordinating ambassador involvement.
Profile Required 
  • ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • ● Confidence in outreach and representing a brand.
  • ● Genuine passion for fitness and strength training culture.
  • ● Creative, organised, and proactive mindset.
  • ● Experience with, or willingness to learn, social media management.
  • ● Comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward.
